About the Brand Confucian
Hi, I’m Scott Stout.
Thank you for checking out my blog.
It’s my other little pet.
Here’s his brother.

'beau'신탕 ㅋㅋㅋ...this was in jest. I would never eat my dog.

This makes me look stuffier than I am, but I like it.
A little about me:
I’ve been in and out of Korea for the past 10 years. I’ve worn several hats over that time: Christian missionary (don’t worry I’m not psycho), student, PR intern, marketing manager for a global consumer products firm, and now I’ve gone back to student – I’m studying marketing statistics at Seoul National University.
In all that time I’ve cultivated what I think is a reasonable control of Korean. For those of you who study this ghastly language with me, I feel your pain. It is an everyday struggle. So if you have a problem with my translations – which I hate to do, but feel compelled to do on occasion, or any suggestions, please, please let me know. We’re all trying to help each other out right?
In case you haven’t guessed, a new hat I’m trying to wear is that of blogger. I’m not sure, the fit is interesting and I enjoy the way this hat feels, but will look okay? This is my first go at blogging. Be looking for the launch of a new Korean language (scary) blog which I plan to put out in the very near future.
As far as my individual personality is concerned, I’m easy to get along with and always looking for a new friend. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions about Korea, Korean business, marketing, culture, or whatever.
